Tried on many occasions, had link to reset password bit message comes up ‘user name must not contain spaces etc’ ??

Thank you for your comment. Please could you provide a little more detail, so we can look into it for you. What are you trying to log in to? How many times did you reset your password?
Please make sure there are no spaces anywhere they shouldn’t be, such as at the beginning or end of the username.
