Unable to write new posts and get advice

Please can you assist . I have been trying to write posts on the forum but don’t seem to be able to start a new post or reply to others .

Thank you for getting in touch. So sorry that you’re experiencing this issue with the Forum.

I have looked into your account and reset your settings which should now allow you to “Reply” and start new topics as you’d been doing before.

Could you please let me know if this has worked or if I need to take another look?
