I went to my GP with a little lump and came out with a bigger lump (about 2 cm)
Waiting now for my appointment with the hospital.
I am really scared at the mo. Mum had a mastecomy 2 yrs ago. I am a bit tender in the area of the lump. Have been told the pain is sometimes a good sign. Dont know what to think at the moment.
I am pleased that you are getting the lump ‘seen’ at the hospital. It is better to be pro-active and seek treatment rather than just wait and not get it assessed.
Try to keep an open mind. I know that it’s not easy and we automatically assume the worse.
