Hi. I started Anasteozole several months ago. I have developed thrush and have a flucanozole/Canesten one of tablet treatment that I bought quite a number of months ago but decided not to use. Does anyone know if Anasteozole interacts with flucanozole? Thank you
I would suggest calling your breast care nurse, GP, pharmacist or the BCN nurses on 0808 800 6000 to be on the safe side.
There may be underlying reasons why you are getting thrush, maybe even from the Anastrozole causing vaginal issues which should be looked into.
You can check for drug interactions on the internet but I would always medical advice.
