Very very very anxious

Okay, here goes…I’m 45 not breast feeding or pregnant. Tuesday last week I was diagnosed by my GP with mastitis, she prescribed fluxocyllin,on Wednesday I was in bed all afternoon with chills and aches like the flu… by Thursday my right boob was twice the size, red and angry looking. I called the GP late in the afternoon who said the previous GP prescribed the wrong anti biotic and put me on co amoxiclav. Anyway, I took one and then went to A & E… They sent me straight down to the clinic on Friday…the radiologist aspirated a large amount of creamy fluid and said my axillary nodes were inflamed, as My white cell count was high and I had fever, he said it was really just inflammation due to the abcsess but needed watching… Nothing on the mammogram… The oncologist said he would call me back for another assessment when the inflammation calmed down…I went back Monday, the boob looks normal now…but he wants to scan my nodes tomorrow, the pathology report on my fluid was not mentioned but he did say it was a bacteria… I’m bricking it because he said sometime cancer can lurk behind an abcsess…??. I have another appointment at the clinic on 5 November …should I be anxious or am I just being a silly moo… Dr google didn’t help but just made it worse!!
