Voluntary positions now available with the B-Aware team! Help to spread awareness of breast cancer in your community

Are you passionate about letting people know how important it is to detect early signs of breast cancer? Would you like to be a part of a campaign that helps to spread the message of breast cancer awareness within your community?

If the answer is yes and you would like to make a difference in your local area, then you might want to consider volunteering with Team B-Aware.

Volunteers will be trained to spread the awareness of breast cancer amongst groups in their local communities where breast cancer detection rates may be poor. The aim of this campaign is to encourage more people to come forward as soon as they have a symptom or suspect anything is wrong. Team B-Aware volunteers will be fully supported by Breast Cancer Care’s Breast Health Promotion Team in a structured course devised specifically for Scotland.

If you would like to find out more about this exciting opportunity please contact the recruitment team in Scotland on 0345 092 0816 or send your details to this email address- teamb-aware@breastcancercare.org.uk
