On the 8th July I was diagnosed with BC, biopsy results confirmed TN, 14mm, grade 3. I have had my echocardiogram, MRI, and a clip placed in my tumour (on the 31st) in preparation for starting Chemo, does anyone know a timeline of how long I should wait for oncology to contact me now?
I have been told my plan is chemo, surgery followed by radiotherapy.

So sorry to hear of your diagnosis but welcome to the forum.
I’m also a grade 3 TNBC patient, currently undergoing chemo. While there are standards for receiving an oncology appointment in a timely manner, it can vary between different trusts and depending on capacity so I would contact your breast care nurse and see if they can get an idea for you.

Thank you for replying, I’ll try phoning them today, I just feel in a kind of limbo right now, especially being the summer holidays and not knowing from day to day what we can plan!
