I found a lump in my breast a couple weeks ago and had really bad chest pain. I went to the GP Wednesday (a week ago today) and she has sent me for an urgent referral which is a 2 to 3 week wait she said. Since, the best pain gets worse but comes and goes and travels down my arm. I’ve now got a dull ache/throbbing pain on top of that and woke up today with a few little pimple looking things all over that breast. I’m worried that symptoms are worsening and I haven’t heared anything. I don’t know what to do…

So sorry to read you are in pain, if I was in your position, I would call my GP for an update on my appointment to make sure the paperwork has been sent……was wondering if you know what hospital you have been referred to if so maybe call the Breast cancer team to see if an appointment has been allocated to you, I know this all sounds a bit pushy, however we do need to look out for ourselves nowadays
