Thank you. Im fine positive and feels the weight of the world off my shoulders, i know that sounds stupid but the is it or isnt was awful, and all the wonderful warriors here are amazing .

My mastectomy and lymph node removal on 22 july, pre op on wednesday, ultrasound on my kidney on 15th as theres a shadow but they say nothing to worry about but still positive just scared of the 2 drains lol x

I just wanted to say I had a Ct planning scan for radiotherapy where something was found on my kidney so was then sent for a Ct scan with dye and they found a have an 8cm benign cyst on my kidney, I’ve been told lots of people have them and don’t know it until something like this happens, think they call it an incidental.
I didn’t have a mastectomy but a lumpectomy so I and node clearance, I didn’t have drains but the ladies that had masectomys didn’t have drains either. When I asked about this I was told my hospital/surgeons didn’t use them anymore so I guess it again goes back to your health trust. I have just moved house and going for a follow up appointment at what will be my new trust, I will be interested to see the difference.
