Here goes; this is my 1st time on a forum, hope you are kind to me.
I had breast cancer eight years ago in my left breast. I had a lumpectomy and 20 lymphnodes removed from under my arm and 12 were found to be cancerous. After surgery, twelve sessions of Chemo and twenty seven Radiotherapy followed by five years of Tamoxifen I was then prescribed five years of Letrizole (Femera). A year and a half ago the nipple on my left breast became inverted and itchy. I did have a mammogram last year which was clear but the worry was still there. I had a mammogram last week and have an appointment to see the surgeon this Thursday. I do feel very anxious about this. I suppose I do feel a little anxious everytime an appointment is looming but with the inverted nipple and the itch this is more so this year. Anyone had this and did it all turn out to be nothing sinister?
