I am five months post rads, about 8 weeks ago found lump under my breast near the crease I was sent for an ultrasound which showed up a vry swollen vein and a little lump the surgeon had a look at the ultrasound and said they would keep an eye on me but not to worry too much about the lump easier said than done im due to see him on 12th dec but since I have found this lump my tissue has gone thick and raised under the breast and near my arm pit skin feels funny and the pores are large I cant lie and that side of my body as it hurts and the severe shooting burning pains im having are quite bad also my arm feels really heavy shoulder is really sore has anyone had the same thing after radiation

I cant help on the symptoms you describe but I would suggest that you perhaps ring your breast care nurse on Monday and explain what is happening to see what she advises, or ring the consultants’ secretary and explain to her, she may well get the consultant to call you back.
