Weeping round wart on lower part breast after surgery

Hi, I had breast cancer surgery in Mar19 to remove 3cm tumour, and reconstruction. I’ve taken Letrozole for three and a half years, 18 months still to go. 
Over the last few weeks, have noticed a perfectly round small lump which I assumed was a wart, but it started to become sore and looks as tho it’s full of water. Last two days, it has seeped and I have covered it with a plaster as I wear a wired bra (yes I know), as need the support.

I do get warts, but they aren’t usually perfectly round. Just wondered if anyone else has experienced this?

So sorry your feeling uncomfortable, I feel as you have breast cancer to be on the safe side I would be inclined to call the Breast Cancer at your hospital or your GP for peace of mind.
