Hi, I’m 31 years old and for around six months maybe a bit more, I’ve had this weird, um well I don’t know what to call it really…a mark? On my left breast, sort of underneath it but not right underneath. It was small and blue/purple to start off with and I saw a a dr about 4 months ago and she didn’t really know and just said to keep an eye on it. Now around 4 months later it’s bigger and changed colour now?

I haven’t experienced this myself, but I think I’d be going back to the GP to get it relooked at? Especially given that it has got bigger. Please don’t take that to mean I think it’s anything bad, obviously I’m not a medic, I’m just a firm believer that any changes to breasts are worth getting checked out.

None of us can diagnose this but since it’s changed I would go and get it checked out again. But remember the breasts do weird things and the vast majority of the time it’s benign.

Cassie do go back to doctor and insist you are referred for a mammogram. Don’t be fobbed off because of your age, insist 
always best to get everything thoroughly checked out for your peace of mind

Hi cassie, I completely agree with the others. You need to go back to your GP. Hopefully it is absolutely nothing to worry about, but you need to have this confirmed. Lets us know how you are xx
