What if its not BC but another cancer?

Hi I am going to the one stop clinic on Friday & having spoken to the helpline today, the queried if my natural Grandmother actually died of breast cancer as her age & the fact she had my mum when she would have to have been diagnosed etc means they thought that was unlikely.

 

I have always been told by Mum that she died of BC, I received a letter from Mum’s cousin who says she actually died of None Hidgkins Lymphoma. I have tried googling to see if that is a form of BC, I don’t think it is it is a different cancer, but it covers so many other things I have (but never thought anything of).

 

Does anyone know if they will be able to tell me at the breast clinic on Friday if the lump is actually is None Hodgkin Lymphoma, or will they just tell me - it’s not BC?
