when is the anniversary taken from ?

girls, think this has been discussed before but when is the first year clear taken from ? is it from diagnosis date or when you had a mastectomy or when treatment finished ?

Hi Vez

I would say from the date you were diagnosed and I know all the ladies in our support group take it from that date not their treatment date.

Yes - my bc surgeon takes my date of dx for annual reviews. He has told me recently I will be monitored for 9 yrs from dx. If I live that long, I will try to find out how I am monitored.
