I have not posted on here for a while, but was diagnosed with DCIS and had dmx in Nov 2023 and stayed flat.
Everything seems fine but recently I have been experiencing dull ache in both my underarms and like excess fat on the truck of my body.
Makes me feel horrible and crappy, also the weight gain is about a stone (ish)
I have been on Tamoxifen for about a year now and just so tired, I mean I am asleep on the couch by 7.30 sometimes, then I cant sleep when I go to bed.
Will I ever feel “normal” again? Anyone else going through this?

Unfortunately, we have all felt that life will never be the same again, however it’s still early days for you, thinking maybe Tamoxifen is not the best medication for you, we all react differently. How about a chat with your team at the hospital most of the breast cancer nurses are very knowledgeable and understanding

Nice to hear in a way i am not alone in feeling the way I do.
I have an tele appt next week with my oncologist anyway so might get her views.

Good news, have a notepad handy, write down whatever is bothering you, as we all intend to forget the most important things.
Have a nice day, the weather a bit wet today, however maybe if possible a little walk always helps.
