Hi all I am due to start hormone therapy 1st March and am anxious to start on the best brand of tamoxifen which gives the least amount of side effects. I wanted to use Nolvadex but I have heard they are no longer available in the UK think due to costs . Your advise would be much appreciated thank you xxx Tracy
Hi, I have recently asking the same question to others in this forum in order to avoid changing brands. I use Wockhardt and been on these since September, felt strange first few days but all ok since. From the feedback I received it seems that other brands shouldn’t make a difference anyhow. Hi, I have been taking tamoxifen since June last year, I have always had Wockhardt except for the first month when I had Reylon & this last month I have been given Teva. I can only speak from experience, but thankfully haven’t really suffered side effects so far apart from slightly stiff joints first thing in a morning. Just hope it stays this way. Good luck x
