Hi all, has anyone any advice on what moisturiser (spelling having blank) to use on my arm. I have been told to keep it moisturised at all times and to use a perfume free one. Any ideas and also do you massage towards the heart or towards the hand? Any tips
They usually recommend Aqueous Cream and you massage in circles I was told.
