has anyone had whole brain radiotherapy?
im due to start in a weeks time and was wondering what the side effects are and how it feels emotionally and pysically.

that sounds very scary for you. Have you had any rads to your brain before?

If you have a look through the secondary forum, user ‘zotam’ has a few threads running where she is talking about how her daughter Lisa is coping with WBR, you may find this of interest. As Jacksy has also said you are very welcome to phone the helpline and have a chat with the nurses here who will be able to talk to you about what to expect regarding WBR therapy. Unfortunately the lines aren’t open again until Monday morning at 9 a.m. but I’m sure more forum users will be along to support you.
