Does anyone know of specialists wig clinics in Scotland?
Hi KellyM,
Sorry if i’m being daft but what exactly do you mean by “clinic”? I’m confused wondering if you’re asking specifically about wig clinics or simply specialist wig shops. If its the first, then sorry i don’t know of any, if its the second i’d be happy to recommend Masthairpiece in Paisley - excellent all round.

Hi KellyM
I live in Galston in East Ayrshire. I got my wig from my local hairdresser Amanda Gilmour at Francis Salon.
This salon has had many woman who have travelled from all over Scotland to visit. This is one of the salons that is listed in the booklet I was given from Crosshouse Hospital where I recieved my treatment. The service and aettention to detail is first class. My wig was matched up with my own hair colouring and was a perfect match, that folks could not believe i was wearing a wig. There is a seperate part of the salon for this service and everything is very private.
I went back to my work with my wig as my hair had not quite grown in and the children I work with did not notice anything.
I would certainly recommend Amanda and her team for their caring approach and their professional touch. Love Anne xx
I went to an excellent caring lady in aberdeen - can’t remember her details but if you want them will try and dig out, tho I got her details from my BCN.

Hi Linbob
Many thanks for your post - I had been looking on the internet and a few of the wigs I liked were the Raquel Welch ones, so I think I might give this company a call.
Regards.
