I’m 29 years old and for last 3 months I’ve had a pain in my arm pit and up my arm then down my back and sometimes into my breast.
I haven’t had any other symptoms really and when the doctor felt my breast there was no lumps so I got giving naproxen. But some days I’ve noticed I get a random rash on my breast that will disappear and then sometimes I’ll notice purple veins. My only other signs are I’m tired more and getting heart burn a lot more frequently. And my back is very sore. I’m just wondering what to do next as my partner thinks I’m just always dramatic many thanks

I don’t want to worry you too much but I think it’s worth going to a breast clinic in your case, in particular if you’ve never had a mammogram or had it years ago. If it’s nothing then you’ve got a proper confirmation and if it is something it’s better to know as early as possible. Although pain is not a common BC symptom, sometimes it may mean that something is growing in your breast. Just make an appointment at the nearest breast clinic and then you know for sure it’s nothing

I’m so sorry that you are here and worried about the changes to your breast. Most changes are normal part of our bodies and can change monthly. However, if you are worried I would go back to the GP.

I hope it is nothing to worry about but you won’t know unless you get it checked. As you are under 30 a non urgent referral can be made to a breast clinic according to the NICE guideline.

Thank you! It’s mostly in my arm pit but I have noticed shaving rash I don’t know if that can affect the inside of arm pit as it’s very sore!
