Libby how naughty to tell you they would ring today and then not do it. Do contact them tomorrow. It might be the result is not back yet but they should have informed you of that.
You might find it useful to ring the Helpline and chat over your concerns, and possible treatment .

hi tina found out i had lobular breast cancer newyears eve what a night mare? had a hospitail appointment on the following wednesday was told i had cancer just came home and cryed could not sleep or eat. had the lump removed 2 weeks ago ,going back to hospital on wednesday for results a bit worried wondering what they will say,i havely joined this breast cancer care a few days ago so its new to me. hope all goes well for you take care shirlx

My husband was so sure that I was worrying about nothing that he even asked the nurse if the doctor could have made a mistake. All men face it in their own way.
Now you will begin to move on from the terrifying waiting time to deciding that you are going to get well again. Knowing your treatment plan will give you more comfort than you can imagine - you know what you’re going to do to beat this.
You will always have someone here who will understand any problem you have. I never saw myself joining in like this but I have found such support and also been glad to share what I have experienced. Before long you’ll be getting and giving help and marking milestones on the way to finishing whatever treatment is given to you.
Remember we are all with you in spirit.

Thank you to you all for your support, went to work today only lasted about 2 hrs i can’t think, sleep, cry, scream or anything i just feel numb!

Tiny I am so sorry your results were positive. As Supertrouper has said you will get through this. You have Carmy to help you just as I had Supertrouper . All of us on the August thread are meeting up in April. We became such friends through the forums. Hold on in there and ring the Helpline if you have any queries.
