2 months ago I got a low grade fever that won’t go away. They’ve tested my liver, kidneys, full blood count, for celiac and crohns as I’ve had serve diherea. All came back OK. About 6 months ago I found a lump but the nurse couldn’t. I can now find it and my partner can. It’s about 3cm big. I’m worried it’s cancer. I’m so worried even more due to the temperature and diherea which has made me lose weight. Are these normal for cancer? Just so scared.

See what the nurse says, but do make sure you get the lump properly checked out. You maybe referred to the breast clinic, which is usual procedure, so don’t read anything into it, should that happen.
It would be highly unlikely your other symptoms are related, mostly any breast change turns out Not to be bc.
