Next month will be 5 years since my diagnosis. Since before christmas i havent felt good, cough, backache, lethargic, shortness of breath to name a few symptoms. A few trips to the gp and also had a routine onc. appointment 3 weeks ago. The onc. suggested a bone scan for the pain in the back which i am due to have on tuesday. The cough has never disappeared even after antibiotics and today ended up at gp again, due to very breathless and painful cough. He examined me and thinks there is fluid on my right lung, mentioned pleural effusion and i have to go for chest x ray on wednesday !!! obviously my mind has been racing and been reading things on internet and have got myself in a state. I know no-one can give me the answer i want i know i will have to wait and see how i get on, but really really down today worrying that its back.
Just offloading thanks
