Hi all
I have just finished Radiotherapy after Lumpectomy and SNB
Currently taking Letrozole, into my 3rd month.
I was stage 2a grade 1, it was in 1 lymph node, no chemotherapy as the risk outweighed the benefit!

I now constantly worry about spread! Due to Lymph node.
My right leg and hip is aching, seems to be my right side since starting Letrozole and my mind is running wild!
I did have a car accident and broke my right leg as a child!

I am waiting for GP appointment for an xray on my leg.
I never got any scand etc to check for spread after surgery

Anybody went for a private scan

Yes I went for a private scan last autumn because I had a gastric issue and my BC nurse told me to get it checked out in case of secondaries. I couldn’t get an NHS scan for several weeks so went private and had both head and torso CT scan with contrast. All came back tickety-boo. I think it cost £1,200 in London. I could have waited for NHS but once the idea was put in to my mind, I had to know. I would imagine yours will be absolutely fine too but once the idea is in there, it’s difficult to get the “what if” out of your mind.
