Zoladex and exemestane ...and breathe

After waiting almost 12 weeks post op, I have now have my forst Zoladex injection and exemestane tabs.

Nothing in the way of flushes/sweats as yet, but only a week since injected, no doubt they will appear. The exemestane on the  other hand is giving me real concentration issues. At work I really have to concentrate on doing the job I have been doing for years, its really strange like a ‘fog’. The job itself is stressful and I have worked right from diagnosis only taking time off post op for 4 weeks, so after all that stress, it takes one little pill to turn me into a ‘blancmange’!!!

Has anyone else experienced this? I take the tablet in the morning so thinking I may take it at teatime so this concentration issue occurs when i am asleep…though zoladex sweats will probably have started by then.

Rads also staring mid to late Oct more than 3 months after op and positive lymph node diagnosis, will post in Rads group, have some fears I want to address

thanks for reading
