Thanks for your post asking about the possible cause of your high temperature and feeling cold and whether they are side effects of your medication.
Side effects of zoledronic acid can include having flu-like symptoms such as, fatigue, shivering and fever and they can last for a few days after having the infusion.
You also mention you are on ribociclib and anastrozole. Ribociclib can affect your immunity and increase your risk of getting an infection. You mention you are feeling better today. Even though you are feeling better today, we would suggest still contacting your treatment team on 24-hour contact number to let them know about your high temperature and what your oxygen levels were. As @jock says, they can assess you and see if you need treatment for an infection or need to change your antibiotics for the urinary tract infection you are being treated for.
