Im just wondering if anyone could answer a query I have, I started tamoxifen and zolodex injections on the 13th February, i had my second injection the 13th March and due my third next Friday. Ive had no major symptoms except fatigue in the evening and ive started to bleed today, second menstrual cycle since starting, should I still be bleeding? Im worried the treatment isnt working
I would get in touch with the breast care Team. I’m on Zoladex, I had a very light bleed within the first week, which I was told is OK, if there was any further bleeding to get in touch. I’ve been fine ever since, and I was also moved to an AI instead of Tamoxifen.
It could just be a slower reaction but you will feel better knowing you made the enquiry.
