Hi Sheelagh, glad to be of help. I’m a few weeks away from turning 74 and have, (sorry had 
) stage 1, grade 2 BC, ER+ PR+ and, just to reiterate, I had no menopausal symptoms or hair thinning or bone problems on the Letrozole so I really hope it’s the same for you. Apart from the emotional rollercoaster of actually having had cancer which was the hardest part of the whole process, I feel so lucky that it was caught and dealt with early.
