I think the lotradine anti histamine is the drowsy one, like you I take cetrizine which doesn’t make you drowsy.
I’m on Letrozole and have lots of issues but thankfully sleeping isn’t one of them. I’ve also been prescribed oxybutinin for hot sweats and it seems to be helping me with that, with the added bonus of helping with my bladder, so that’s a bonus for me.
