@lauzloo I haven’t had surgery yet either and am on the dose dense regime. My oncologist told me she would reduce the dose if the bone pain was too much. Luckily? I can manage it with regular painkillers so she hasn’t reduced it. She did reduce the injections to 5 though as my neutrophils were higher than 1.5.
