2nd tumour found & now change in uterus lining

I have recently been diagnosed with grade 2 invasive ductal ER+ PR+ which was picked up with 3D mammogram & ultrasound. My normal breast screening 7 months before had not picked anything up. Due to extreme density, I underwent an IV MRI where a further tumour was found in a different quadrant. The tumours are on opposite sides to each other, on the outer & inner side of the breast. I am waiting the biopsy result of this tumour.

Separately to this, I underwent a cancer scare with my uterus earlier in the year. After a couple of different biopsies, I was given the all clear, although the uterus wall was thicker than it should be. A 6-month review was carried out last week. The lining has increased slightly, & they have also picked up a heterogeneous appearance which wasn’t there before. I have an urgent appointment with gynae this week.

I have been perimenopausal for over 5 years & took HRT. I had reduced to regularly spotting rather than any period as such. I have come off everything, & strangely I’ve had no bleeding.

There is a strong family history of cervical & breast cancer. Up to now I had been the only one to not have been diagnosed.

I was feeling positive but the 2nd tumour knocked me. The latest has sent me into panic mode. I’m worried these are linked in some way. Has anyone had such diagnoses/changes at the same time? I wonder if I should push for a CT scan now?
