hi kate , thanks but wont be able to make it sadly as the flights are just so expensive for 1 day return its over 100. i have just got myself a new car so gt that to pay for .

i am seeing like a mcmillian nurse now once a week started yesterday to help with my mind etc , so hope it helps .
am off for bone strenghtner soon and enzyme tests , if high again a new chemo seems likely now .

You are welcome any time from 11 a.m. onwards (Thursday 19th June) until as late as you want. I thought I would do jackets, fillings, salads and norty desserts:) and drinks, and we could each make a contribution of max. £5. It would be great the weather is good and we can be outside - so if you have nice comfy loungers you might like to put them in your car :).
I think Angee is going to bring her camera gear along in case any of you can be persuaded to pose for her!

Thanks, Jacquie. My main problem now is dreaded fatigue. I am starting to go out and about but keep falling asleep… fell asleep round my friends on Saturday then at my in laws on Sunday. Just hope Dawn has a cosy corner for me to curl up in!!

Brilliant day today at Dawn’s - lovely to sit out in the sun by her pond and chat (and eat!). Lots of thanks to Dawn. Hopefully we can get together again soon so that those who “missed out” can join us. Really sorry that you weren’t able to come in the end, Angee - could have given you a lift as well from Guildford if you’d been able to get that far (and I had thought about it). Next time?
Not at all sure about the 4th August meet Pinkdove - am possibly away the weekend before and then going on holiday later in the week. So (trying to follow my new policy of not trying to do everything and exhausting myself!) probably not. Am sure there will be other opportunities though.

I would love to meet up again - I think every couple of months feels about right. Your place is lovely and seams to work for many people. It may be further for some but it’s easier to talk than in a restaurant or pub. I don’t know what day of the week works for most people.
