Thanks for your feedback at the moment I’m still recovering from surgery. My oncologist told me that I’ll be fine from rad but base on what I’ve read and hear that’s not the case.
I would like to know if anyone drove themselves to and back from rad without no problem.
I will be half way through rads tomorrow (10 of 20) and so far haven’t had many side effects. Getting a little pink and sore the end of last week, but not too bad. I’ve been driving myself to and from appointments without any problems and plan to do so for the rest. xx
I recommend canabis oil and Dr. Prescribed marinol which is a form of Marijuana. This has really helped me with side affects. I was diagnosed with triple negative aggressive breast cancer in August 2016 and will be finished with chemo GOD willing in mid January. GOD BLESS YOU ALL with this horrible disease. Hope this helps
Hello
I haven’t posted much before but l wanted to say how Holland and Barrett’s certified Aloe Vera Gel 99.9% is brilliant to rub in to the sunburn type itching as my 19 rads progressed. Really worth a try. I put it on 2-3 times s day.
At the time it was also buy 1 get 1 for a penny.
Hope this help.
Good luck everyone.
Ruth

At this time of year I am especially thankful for family and friends. Included in Friends are those of you on this thread. I found voices here that sooth my mind and gave me hope for our daughter’s future. So I want to let you know that she is doing well. The answer from long term survivors here gave her hope and a determination to survive and thrive!
I pray that the new year will bring more wonderful stories of survival and triumph for each and every one of you…
Merry Christmas and happy new year to you all! I’m preparing to return to work in the new year and celebrate my 1st year cancerversary! Onwards and upwards to everyone xxx
