Car hope you got your heating sorted as it is rather cold getting again. I am at my daughters in Huntly tonight as she taking me tomorrow to Hospital. My oldest girl had to go back to Glasgow this evening instead of tomorrow.
Going home after app tomorrow for the weekend. Fat Cat is doing fine as my neighbour texted me earlier.
Coffee at Clan on Wednesday will be just lovely and I look forward to it very much. You were right Ann it is a beautiful place and everybody is just so kind and lovely and the accommodation is so pretty.
I noticed some of you were asking after me. I am fine again now. I had a really rough week after my last chemo. Was in bed for a whole week and was vomitting for the first time.
I am much better again now although I must admitt I get tired very easily now!
I am bridesmaid to my sister tommorow so have been busy getting organised for that this week. Yesterday I had to go to Monsoon in Aberdeen and get a new dress for my eldest Naomi as she must have taken a growth spurt as the one I bought already would no longer fit. Really looking forward to it, although my sister putting me into the church first so I can picture the guests that don’t know me getting a shock at the baldy bridesmaid!
I would love to come along to Clan on Wednesday. I’ve only ever passed the building but have never been inside.
Anne Herceptin loading has been delayed for 3 months due to a slight fall in heart function after chemo. Start heart tablets and Arimidex on Monday - not a happy bunny.
Nic hope you enjoy the wedding and look forward to seeing Alanaa on Monday.
I can make Wednesday too at Clan so will be good to meet Alanaa and see Ann and Elaine again and anyone else who can make it. Sounds like you all need a wee boost just now.

My heating is on again after a new programmer so now all cosied up for the weekend. Can’t believe the hailstones today.
My son has just booked a flight to come over from Toronto in July for my father’s 90th birthday so looking forward to seeing him.

I have had a better week than last. Not looking forward to Monday but know it will benefit me in the long run. Alanaa I am in at 11 but will be there for quite some time unfortunately.
Looking forward to meeting some of you on Wednesday at the latest. Elaine and I will be at the ARI on Monday until around 15.00 I would think. Gives me plenty of time to get my quota of coffee.
so far the rads are going very well and no skin breakdown as yet.

Fat Cat was in serious huffs at first when I came home this afternoon but is now back to her usual cuddly self I am glad to say.
We had a gorgeous day for the wedding yesterday! It was a fab day! The kids had a ball too. Dont know if any of you are on facebook but I can PM you my full name if you are as I have posted some pics.

Another dry day- hooray. Doesn’t the sun make you feel better! I have just cut my grass which was sadly needing it. Need to put my feet up now as it was a bit of a marathon but good fresh air and exercise.
Glad yesterday was sunny for the wedding Nicz. I will be thinking of you all at ARI tomorrow -hope everyone’s appointments go well and look forward to catching up on Wednesday.

Good luck all who have appointments this week. Ann hope you get on ok, don’t really know what is involved with getting a PICC line in but let me know how it goes.
I don’t think I will manage to meet on Wednesday as I will be at work and wouldn’t have enough time to get over to clan and back in my lunch break. Next time thought.
I have had a week break from oral chemo as bloods were low and hope to be back on chemo tomorrow. Scan in a couple of weeks so hopefully there will have been a good response.
I’m in the middle of potty training my little one at the moment so have spent most of the weekend running back and forth to the toilet, the plus side is we will save a fortune on nappies!!

Today went well, PICC line now in. No more cannulas for a while YaY. Now into my good week so plenty planned. Out for lunch tomorrow with friends to Drumoak.
Didn’t bump into Alanaa or Elaine but will catch up on Wednesday.
