Sorry I haven’t been about for a few days. OH is home from a month in Dublin so we have been spending lots of time together and we took my eldest back to Northampton Uni yesterday.
I am sorry to see such sad news on the forums, a difficut time for so many people.
Last night we went to a house party and I met up with some ladies I first met at anti-natal class [20 years ago EEK]. I haven’t seen them for years so it was lovely to catch up with what all the babies are doing now. We all looked a bit fuller round the middle and a bit wiser in the face but the humour was the same as it used to be [ie in the gutter most of the time!!] It was a great evening.
So how is everyone? Keeping Ok I hope. Nice to see the shops are filling up with Christmas stuff already but I am not going to moan about it cos I am really looking forward to it this year after last year’s wipe out.
Had better check on the pork belly that is roasting away nicely. Can anyone suggest a good wine to go with it, I fancy a wee glass.

I had my first quarterly check up today and am fine - so mammogram in december and surgeons in january… - it is good to be moving towards the fewer hosp visits.
Good stuff on your check up. I only have yearly mammos. But am due o see the nurse tomorrow to check my stiches etc after recon. Will see PS in a few weeks.
Yes its gone quite queit here which as say is a good thing. I will be around alot as Im off having had the recon done.
