Sorry to hear this, but I’m glad that the children have been able to visit. I know you’ve talked about seeing the pain in their eyes when you are unwell Kate, and I can certainly relate to that. I also know that not so very long ago, you were in a very bad way and you ralied and later i met you in Bristol. I remember you telling me that you had always been a very determined person, so Kate I know that in the face of adversity there is an astonishing determination in you that I certainly lack, that is certainly capable of seeing you through this.
I hope you are receiving the very best of care Kateand unlike most of us, I think the whole of this site knows you, and knows how very special you are.
I’ve spoken to a friend of Kate’s, and she has been told today that she is too unwell to have any more chemo, due to the amount of fluid round her heart ( i think- her friend was not too sure) and the fluid in her lungs.
I thought I should let you all know, as I know you will be wanting to think of her and post in support of kate as she has always been so supportive of everyone
Hi Kate
How sad i was to read this thread and find out you were in hosp again
Hoping and hoping that you get out of there again quickly.
You have touched so many of our lives, enjoyed our recent FB convo.

I’m praying for strength for you Kate.

Hi again Kate. So sorry to hear you’re too unwell for more chemo. I know it’s what you’ve feared so I just wanted to give you lots of cyber hugs. Keep that amazing spirit of yours going. I so desperately want to find the right words to offer you support right now as you always seem to find the right words to offer others support no matter how hard things have been for you. We’re all right behind you and so want to see you posting on here again back with us.
Love to you and all your family. So glad you’ve seen the children today. I’m sure that meant so much to all of you. You’re incredible Kate. xx

Kate
keep going, prove them wrong again. Only when they look at us as individuals and not statistics will things change. I know the word inspirational is not popular but I can’t find another one, well that is not true. You are an individual and are dealing with this disease in your own unique way. We miss you on the forum Kate so hurry back to us.
Love Debsxxx
