I had the same, 2nd EC yesterday, couldnt pee at bedtime and then up 3 times, I feel like I am turning into my mother!

Hey Elisa,
I am doing the cold cap and also doing the cold gloves and socks thing. I just bought some ice packs off the internet and putting them into my slippers and gloves during the treatment and then swapping them out when they warm up. The cold cap was not as bad as I thought, very uncomfortable in the begging but it calms down after a while. Remember to take your conditioner and a towel for after xx
