Good work @fee4 feels good to get that first one done :check_mark: according to my diary I had the best sleep on day 2 so I wish that for you too! I didn’t feel that sick the first few days I took 1 anti sickness tab on day 3 and was then ok until day 8 and I felt really sicky, took for 5 days.

Make sure you make up a water bottle with salt and bicarb of soda the oncologist said I had saved my mouth doing this, start tonight rinsing and gargling with it xxx

I’m using zero alcohol mouth wash and so far so good ref the mouth (touches wood). Also use an ultra sensitive toothbrush.

Thanks ariella that’s great I have made up the mouth wash I will use it tonight a don’t feel sick I will do what you did it was good to get it done today the build up to it was hard but I feel better now thanks again xx

Rocking it! I buzz cut mine on Monday & after washing my head tonight, What’s left of my hair came out in droves. I saw a top tip from other ladies to use a lint remover to catch the short hairs that are shedding, works a treat :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

It looks great and not cheap at all. Mine arrived the other day, I’ve had a bit of a fiddle with it but need to try fitting it properly.
