Waterlooville isn’t that big - once you get there there are a few car parks that are close to the shops. If you park in Asda or Waitrose car parks or there is one behind Iceland you will be very close to the shopping precinct and Costa is obvious once you get there. Don’t worry they are all pretty easy to find!

Hi everyone
Hope that last week has been a good week for you or at least only little SEs. I’m ok just over a month from last chemo apart from a couple of little niggles. Starting rads on Monday (back to the treatment again!).
Does anyone from the Portsmouth area want to meet up sometime this week. Maybe on Thursday (though Tues and Fri are ok for me too). I remember we were talking about possibly meeting at Hedgend or Wickham (a bit prettier). Any other suggestions?

I’ve got quite a lot of free time, apart from having rads at 4.20 every day.
This Friday would be ok - maybe about 11. Or next week Monday or Tuesday morning or afternoon??
Frances I can’t remember where you are in your cycle which day might be ok for you? I think you are still on holiday from your babysitting if I’ve kept track of time (quite difficult for me at moment!).
Hope we can sort something out. If anyone else reads this and would like to come - it would be good to meet you too…

I have been living with this illness since 2008 but only came onto website recently and have found this forum extremely helpful but have never posted before.
I would like to join in with your meetings if that’s ok as I am from Hedge End and would love to have a chat. Can’t make this week as I’m having treatment but would be free next week if there’s anything arranged.

Sorry can’t make Friday but go ahead if Lynn can make it. Tomorrow would be OK but a bit short notice. Monday and Tuesday are out, blood test and last chemo-hurray!Wednesday and Thursday next week are free.

How are you getting on Frances. Bet you’re glad chemo is nearly over! Just had second rads today.
Helen and Frances - cannot do 11 on this Friday as have a rads appt. at that time. Could do 9 am for an hour - too early ? (My times are all over the place because I asked them to change them all from 4pm to earlier. Still at least I’m in and out quicker now.) Could also do Monday, Tuesday or Wed afternoons next week at 1 or 2 or 3 ish. Any good? x

Hello all you Pompeys. If you’re up for a trip up the A3 I’m opening up my hovel of a garden for a barbecue on 29th July. There are already quite a few coming so it might be a bit of a giggle, and it’s open to anyone who can manage to get there.
