Some of us are trying to do something about the problems, by volunteering for a focus group. I know, not everyone wants or is able to get involved in this way, but it seems worth a try. Especially if you have been part of the previous focus groups that BCC set up for testing their earlier forums, you are in a good position because you already have contact with the webteam (you will probably have their names and/or email addresses, which the rest of us do not).

Hang in there if you can… if the Forum has helped you in any way, in the old “pink” days, remember those who have maybe had a recent bc diagnosis and have just stumbled onto this forum. It would be nice if they could find something user-friendly…
Hope that they are working hard to rectify all these problems and perhaps we will be able to concentrate on each other and not have to navigate through the confusion of lost posts and lost messages. Val
