I’m reading all these as I am supposed to start chemo on Friday 20th. I still have a wound that’s not healed up yet so I’ll find out for sure on Monday or Tuesday. I’m due 6 cycles, 3 EC and 3 docetaxel. I’m trying hard to be positive and brave, reading your posts is helping with that! In a way I just want to crack on with it, but I’m scared that if they go ahead it might hinder this wound healing up and it’s been a long time already - at 6 weeks post-op they found a haematoma and it’s been 4 weeks and counting since then. I know the oncology team will do what’s right but I wish it had healed already!
So I should be a June starter but I may end up in July, but I’m here saying hello and wishing you all well x
