It seems that Lesley and I are playing see saw! I am out of hospital and she has just been taken in with neutropenia.
Certainly seems there is something going on in Somerset, I’m sure neither of us were that keen to test out the brand new cancer unit.
As you know Lesley is a single parent family who also cares for her mother, who has also been quite unwell recently. It seems she has to make and re-make some quite complicated arrangements in order to be ill. Certainly some have it a hell of a lot tougher than others.
Get well soon Lesley, and I hope you don’t come out with the same hospital equipment either.
Flippin eck what are you both playing at? Have they got some new young handsome Dr’s there?
Sending you lots of hugs and hope you are soon better and able to be back home.

Oh blast Lesley. I am sorry to see you are in Hospital, that is awful and having to make special arrangements, god, it really sucks. It takes it out of you so I hope that you can get home soon and get some proper rest and recuperation and while you are in hospital that they get straight onto things and start to make you better.
So sorry to hear that Lesley is in hospital Celeste. Please send her cyber hugs from me. It can’t be easy with the children and her mother to sort out. I hope she is able to rest and recouperate and not worry too much and get back home and well soon.
Also hope you are beginning to recover too Celeste.
Hope to see Lesley back on here soon.
Much to love to you both,
Anne
Thanks for letting us know Celeste and sending cyber neuts to Lesley to help pick her own up off the floor - not literally! Hope it can get sorted for the next cycle and she recovers quickly from this episode.
Hugs to both you ZummerZet Gals

Exchanged txts today - Lesley in solitary with no tv and very bored, - ‘bloods’ still really low so no chance of early release yet, good behaviour or otherwise!
I’ve passed on some of your best wishes, and Debs slanderous comments about us upstanding ladies of the Somerset community and junior Dr’s. Quite shocking!
Sorry to hear you’re in hospital, Lesley - and bored too with no tv and no handsome young drs to distract! Hope your blood counts improve quickly and you can get back home.
hi lesley .sorry to hear your not too well ,lets hope you get back on your feet soon as . must arrange the next meet up asap when your better ok, as for celeste glad to see your back and posting ,must be the new unit in taunton ,you just wanted to try out the facilities ! lynn x
just had txt from Lesley - her bloods have gone down even further, but the Dr. thinks its a dip before the rise. Her chest infection seems better tho. She thanks you all for your support, but she is bored (no tv) and is sick of milk puddings!
Just to say hope Lesley has been released and that Celeste is feeling better. I think it will take several weeks to recover, that is what it was like for me.
Love to you both.
