Just back from onc appt miraculous saw the consultant and waited just half an hour.
No prob with table booking as booked for 10 probably too many. i am so sorry missed Toronto and Juliet off list duh!!!

Hi everyone! For those who I met yesterday- it was really lovely to meet such a brilliant bunch of women! I couldn’t help thinking of Maz, Allicat and others who weren’t there though- hope you are all ok today and that I’ll get the chance to meet you all soon.
I will keep an eye on this thread for any future meet-ups, next time I’ll leave the car behind and have an extra glass of wine too!

And thanks, Bubbly, for meeting me at Lime Street. Got home at 8pm ker-ker-ker-nackered but very happy. Mary, hope your chest infection soon improves and you feel better. I really enjoyed it, your all tremendous. Don’t worry i will arrange another meet up in Jan. Drag you around Liverpool 1 granny lol!!! I couldnt help but giggle to myself on the bus home, about my enthusiasm and thinking i was giving you a treat offering to take you round Liverpool 1, the new shoppin place. Obviously your not keen on shops… Anyway weatherspoons and wine was more relaxing. I was so sleepy all evening though. I dont think wine and me agree with each other.
Mary do hope your feeling better, you and Maz and Alli i hope will make the next meet up.
i dont want to be ‘depressing’ when i say this but just like the last meet up half of those who came had secondaries, brings home to me this isnt some airy fairy disease which ya take in ya stride and are cured from unfortunately. Its good we can all get together and share things and hopefully help each other.

This is the first opportunity I have had to say what a lovely day sat was. You are all very special people and it’s a pleasure to have met you all. Looking forward to the next one.
Jan, I have your cream, will keep hold of it for you. 2 yrs post op I still use mine daily so no doubt it will come in useful at some point.
OH and I had a productive and positive weekend too so very glad I came as the meet was the trigger for that. Still back at my flat for now though.

Hi Sue …have been popping in the other thread to see if you had been in …I didnt make the meet up wasnt well enough but Liverbird is planning another for January …I was gutted that I missed it but next time ? The ladies I met in July are lovely and I am sure all you new ladies are too .
To save this go to the main chit chat and fun and when you get into this bit Liv meet up …on the left handside there is “Bookmark this discussion” click on this and it will highlight bookmared in the main title so you can see it when you go in the list .

I have not been in the rest of the forum too much lately as it is really getting to me and stuff …I cant get secondaries out of my head and as I am having a load of tests at the mo I think its better to stay out !

So pleased you picked up the cream, please use it, I was issued with a tube yesterday and they replace it all through treatment.
