Hi Ladies,

I am very sad to write that
Pinkdove passed away at lunchtime time today.

Thanks you to everyone for your lovely comments to an earlier post.

Carol was very very special to me.
We became friends about 18 months ago and she has been a huge
inspiration to me as I am sure she has been to some of you.

Carol was very peaceful, I spent sometime with her this morning
although she wasn’t conscious, just graceful and elegant.

i’m so sorry to hear this sad news. I remember some of her posts. Another life lost to this damn disease.

I am so sorry to hear this news. Pinkdove did so much to provide support for other women with breast cancer. She was a really helpful and thoughtful member of this site and I will miss her.

I am so sad to hear that Carol has died. I never met her but heard her asking a question at the BCC secondaries event 18 months ago…

We used to pm quite a lot about breast cancer issues, about all the things to be done, all the things not done. She was a great campaigner. I aways imagined her as graceful and elegant.
