Thank you xxx
Oh Clair he is just gorgeous. He’s going to adore you. Such a wonderful boost.
As for you Ruby I hope you went attired in a fuschia velour tracksuit like The Victoria Wood sketch ?
Beth I’m glad things are improving and hope partner is behaving more decently.
Not doing well at my work life balance; sleep deprived but knackered and everything on hold till I get some answers. My manager off for family reasons, so now I’m acting up and no idea about Occ Health referral - invite for Westminster has arrived but not sure I have the right outfit for the dress code!
Lesley for Christmas I bought Mum a personalised jigsaw of a sunset over her garden. Went down a storm - now if only I could knit … xxx
Clair, he’s absolutely gorgeous, he looks so alert too. Bet you can’t wait to see him and have a cuddle.
Janey, what a fantastic present, I didn’t know you could do that. I’m terrible, I do all the easy/interesting bits and get himself to do the boring/difficult bits like the sky. He’s so patient and methodical, sorts all the pieces out for me.
Think it’s going to be a bad night, boob is throbbing like mad, Hasnt done that for months, don’t know why, I haven’t knocked it, plus I’m sweating, keep having to open the back door. I’m def coming back as a man next time, even if it means I’ll have to put up with the dangly bits xx
One day I’m going to murder this predictive text, I type something that makes sense and it turns it into complete gibberish …!
Lesley I did it through Ravensburger online. It even had a printed box with “sunset over…” as a title and properly sealed. A friend did one for me last year of my garden and I was so touched.
Dizzy I am definitely struggling and sleep is a bit evasive/elusive?! , although I’ve discovered sneaking into the spare room in the wee hours with Archers on catch up normally does the trick! We have a Westminster invite because of the award we won. Two of us are going but I’m a bit anxious about having to get smart clothes out!! I can work from home in the morning, which will be a nice change. X
Happy Welsh persons’ day !! Twas my Welsh Dad’s birthday today , how’s about that for a Welsh man ey? Soooooo. …ummidy dummidy…I’ve not read anything yet but noticed a nice dragon so thought I’d say something about ‘CELTICY’ first lol
Janey if you can cut your hours do it asap it’s made a difference to me already just having that extra day off. My boss sorted it all for me with occy health. Im quite glad they put the flare up bit in my letter now. You’ll look gorgeous what ever you wear Xxxx
Dizzy I didn’t think I’d ever be a nanna but you never know xxx
Rubycat love the pics xxx
Hugs for you Helena I hope your enjoying your week off its terrible weather though they forecast snow in places again!
I’m desperate to get in the garden it’s getting a bit messy out there now. Nevermind nearly easter I’ll be able to potter around then xxxx
Night night lovelies xxx
Clair…wow what a little darling…so alert and wide eyed. I know they say babies can’t really smile at this age, but it sure looks like he is ?
Yep he’s definitely about to do a big grin clair. Lolol what gorgeous chumpy little cheeks.
I see we are talking sleep , well some are, I can’t figure out my lack of sleep too. I can only presume, as for the rest of you, my brain isn’t turning off. Janey, you have got that horrid April appointment coming up so it’s no wonder. Stress so messes with being able to rest. Right …bring on this phone is peeing me off. Be back on ipad shortly
Sleep? Did someone mention sleep? What is that exactly, I can’t quite remember as its been a while since I had any of any quality!! Even my Fitbit is having a hissy fit recording my ‘restless’ and ‘awake’ numbers. Booooo
we’ve even ordered a new bed to see if that helps.
#sleepisforwimps
Hi Charys he was only an hour old in that pic, his dad says he’s very strong and alert when he’s awake.
I still have problems with sleep, I get woken by pain, I find it difficult to get off to sleep then don’t want to get up in the morning. I need to retrain my brain!
Dizzy I’m just like you no coordination at all we do songs with actions at school.and I’m always 3 steps behind everyone else xxx
night night my dears see you tomorrow, sweet dreams xxx

We have a gorgeous morning here, though very windy. So I’m about to take Daisy to the woods since she didn’t get a walk off the lead yesterday. And yesterday evening she kept bringing me all her toys to throw, so I might get more peace this evening if she gets a chance to race around properly. So I’m going out, and I may be some time…
hi Charys, Yes, they are stone sculptures, so it was lovely & unexpected to see them, very calming as well.
Dizzy, sounds like Daisy will be taking you for a walk!
Anyway, off to the mountains at the weekend with our eldest, so lovely to see his life here.
Just realised that I say ‘lovely’ a lot!

Okay, no rescue team required! My walk got a bit delayed by an urgent need to do some cleaning and get the washing on. And now it is perfect outside, a bit of breeze but otherwise glorious sunshine. So now I’m having a quick coffee before I tackle some of the neglected gardening…
Ann those photos look wonderful, what a lovely beach. Hope you enjoy the rest of your stay.
Hello Willows,
Yet another thing lots of us have in common, lack of coordination. I reminded my friend last Saturday how she got told off during our aerobics class back in the 80’s for keep collapsing into helpless giggles, caused by me going in the opposite direction to everyone else, turning right instead of left, facing the wrong way etc and all the while completely oblivious to the chaos I was causing as I was “in the zone” it’s no wonder I gave it all up and stick to walking, even though I manage to trip over my boot laces and like last Saturday stick my foot down a hole and twist my ankle.
What beautiful photos Ann, and you’re allowed to say lovely as much as you want, it looks lovely, in fact it look amazing, would do love to go one day.
Lovely and sunny here too but haven’t ventured outside as been a good girl and done some cleaning, only a bit mind you as Ive got a pass from my counsellor. Had a relaxing soak in the bath so going to do some knitting now.
Thank you for asking, shoulder is not at all painful when I don’t use my arm now which is progress, however it’s still frozen and hurts like billyoo if I try to move it backwards or upwards butbits early days yet, last time i didn’t start getting any improvement for two weeks.
Hope Daisy enjoyed her walk. They’re so funny aren’t they how if they don’t get their exercise they demand playtime in the evening just when you need to relax.
Janey, i hope you’re not overdoing it today, take Clair’s advice, she knows what’s she’s talking about, she’s a wise grandmother now xx
All we can hope is that whoevers got the Big Girl Pants at the moment has put them on the the line for a good blow, just saying…
Hi Lovely Fluffies, just a quickie to Helena.
Helena, flower, I’ve had further exchange of posts with Treeze on the “What do i do now thread”. Hoping her Dad’s recovering and return back to hiws previous fitness, I made a few possible suggestions to help combat his loneliness, having prolongedly suffered it myself at various times in my life, and him also having been a fit, active fella. One of the many suggestions, he may possibly be interested in was bowling, it providing an immediate group of potential friends and often a good social life to boot. Hope you don’t mind me mentioning, that you’d be THE and obvious person to speak to and with on that one? Am just hoping he pulls through. Taa lovey.
S’all for now girlies. I haven’t read anything and am not likely to until a suitable car’s been found on line, is of some urgency now, to be able to keep the rest of my 9 months already paid up front premium. But hope you’re all okay.
Clair - I was soooo very sorry to hear your results, darlin girl. I’m afraid I had a not so funny feeling about it, when you initially told us of your findings. That’s extra tough bo**ox for you, on top of what you’ve been through already. Big extra spesh Delly hug to you being sent and given right now.
Sending one to all you too, including a certain two other people.

Ps - Check out the lyrics to a Seal song, and you’ll see why I like hugging so much. I adopted it as my personal anthem last year. It’s often pulled me back from dark depths, to remind and keep me reminded, of one of the things that often keeps me going - my love of and for people. as long as they’re not giving me a whole loada grief that is. It keeps my heart filled. www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/seal/love.html xxxxxxxxxx
