Progesterone, assorted other hormones and fluffy cake

Charys

I am able to write my signature with both hands, I am right handed and when I do it with my left hand it is almost exactly the same, I found this out on one of these personality/psychological assessments they had us do as part of a team build,

Helena xx

Ruby much much love to you. Thinking of you and your family and so sorry for your loss. We are all here for you, every fluffy willow tit one of us xxx

Beth what a rotten day for you. I have to say I had one of those bags last time. I’m all for raising awareness but!! Xx

Dearest Rubycat, big big hug and much love winging your way via a tit Willow xx

Ruby I’m so sorry to hear this news, I’m sending you and your hubby a huge hug and tons of love xxxx

And this weeks award for tact goes to… Drum Roll… Charys’s interviewer… Applause… Idiot!  She needs reporting.  Lucky you have a sense of humour xx

Evening lovelies, wow you’ve all been chatty today I’ll catch up properly in a bit.
Beth some people are so insensitive! I hope shes not as blunt when she’s around the person she was talking about. I’ve had the bag too but it’s being at the hospital that throws me
Charys I’m totally with you about not letting this define me but it’s been such a whirlwind experience I need to get my head around it all first.
Much love to you gorgeous lot I’ll check in later I’ve got a date with a glass of wine and a hot bath xxxx

Dear Rubycat

i am so sorry sweetheart to hear that your mum in law has passed away. So very sad. Try if you can for you and your hubby to have some time to draw breath.

Sending you both lots of love

Omg Charys!!!

i think I would have poked that interviewer in the eye if they’d said that to me!! I still had my lunchtime fork on my desk when my colleague called in and I could have stabbed her with it!! didnt think I’d look good in prison stripes though so thought better of it!! Lol xx

Beth, I think you’ll look gorgeous in stripes, they’re very in this season, so stab her with a fork next time you see her, You Have my permission, plus you’d get a reduced sentence due to mitigating circumstances.  And Charys, no she was not testing you, she’s just an insensitive  crass idiot.

Lily, have a fabulous time my dear twin, and no, my poor head is thumping, however, last night I only had two hot flushes all night, plus my shoulder pain didnt wake me up inbetween them so I had the best nights sleep since coming off hrt in May.  Really hoping it’s not a one off but the start of things getting better.  Trying to hold off until bedtime to take painkillers hoping it will help shoulders in night as well.  All set for a walk tomorrow as forecast is dry, hurrah! Xx

Lily!!!

i hope I haven’t missed you before you go!!

Naples airport is unusual! The arrivals terminal looks like it is out of WW2 and my top tip would be to make sure you use the loo before you leave the airport as the traffic can be chaotic. We stayed in Sorrento and flew in to Naples - it was about 4 years ago. For departures, there’s a new terminal which is shiny and glossy as you’d expect, HOWEVER, all coaches (if you’ve gone with a tour operator) are initially sent to a holding area - use the loo here too as you may be there a while - the coaches are then pulsed in to the new terminal one at a time. It’s their way of keeping the airport traffic under control a little.

It’s a fantastic place and we loved that part of the world. I don’t know how long you are there for but if you can do a trip down the Amalfi coast then do it!! It’s breath taking!!! Don’t drive it yourself as it’ edge of the cliff stuff and narrow but well worth it. We visited Herculaneum and it was amazing. We did it as part of a guided tour with Thomsons and I wish we’d done it on our own as it was a bit rushed. If we go again I’d definitely do Pompeii.

sorrento, Amalfi, positano and Ravello are all glorious. Positano and Ravello have MAGNIFICENT views!!!

I am sooooooooo envious!!!

enjoy my lovely!!! Xxx

image.jpg I took this in Ravello. It is my all time favourite place we’ve visited. I loved it. It was like a medieval Hollywood film set! Xx

Ok so going back a few pages I don’t have medical jewellery but I’ve now got an app on my phone that has all my info on it and ice contact numbers hubby has done the same mine comes up as soon as the phone is activated. I’ve always been careful gardening mainly because thier are lots of cats around I don’t really want a handful off pop.
Jobs I hate doing are cleaning the oven and definitely the tops of cupboards
Lily have a fantastic time on holiday I’m really jealous xxxxxxx
Charys I’m dumbfounded what a thing to bring up! Ok I get her telling you about her sister but she shouldn’t of gone any further than that not in an Interview.

I’ve been in a much better place these last 2 days and work has been a lot better too. I’m certain my hormones are playing havoc with me now I’ve got to just try and identify when it hits and go with it rather than fight it.
I’ve had terrible stomach cramps and period symptoms over a few days and breast tenderness just like I did many years back so I’ve book in to see the Dr to have a chat because I don’t want to go through all that again every month!!!
Just to.add to .the mix I’ve discovered lots of little spots all over my rads boob I know someone else on here said they’d had the same, do you still have them and should I get it checked out
Much love Clair xxxx xxx

Lily

are you sure you don’t need someone to help you with your cases!!! I can meet you at the airport lol

even with the risk of lymphodeama I’d carry a case or two!!!

oooooh pizza, pasta, cheese, Ohhhh it’s endless!!!

still green with envy here…can you tell!!!

xxx

Clair, I have t got spots, i broke out in hundreds of blackheads a couple of weeks after finishing rads.  Oncologist said he’d never seen anything like them before but said it was a skin infection and might be permanent.  The lovely girls in here did some research and found a photo of someone who had the same and They were burnt hair folicilces.  Still got  some though not as many.

Now, I’ve already told you lot on here, you don’t need to clean your ovens.  I’ve got away with it all my married life.  When they get really dirty I break them and buy another one honest, Im really not joking.  However, now I’m not earning I’m not in the position to do that anymore.  I’ve now got a halogen oven and mainly use that so my big oven doesent get that much use now.   My bestie used to move house when her oven needed cleaning so Im Not that bad xx

Lilly!!! Your going away…nooooooooooo???

Its 9 at night and I have had my bra on since 9 this morning with no comfortable blanket of the polymem dressing in the fold of my breast, feel I have achieved something.  Must admit though my breast was rather itchy/sensitive earlier today but that seems to have passed over.

I shall wear the green willow ??

G’day all you lovely willows,
crikey, pages to go through & I’m out of the time loop here!
Ruby, sory to hear about you mil, but good to hear she was well cared for.
Charys, I’m totally with you on not letting this define us & being pragmatic about guidance. My one concesion to this is moderating my wine o’clock habit, oh & taking aspirin on flights, of course.
Off to Bondi beach today :sunny:
love to all
