Stupid question, how do you moisturise your scalp without getting it all matted up in your hair?
@magl @sharilou i might be a Londoner but im no southern softie lol im from good northern stock, my Grandparents both sides from Newcastle and Co Durham. My mam was born in Sedgefield.

I found eyebrow stencils on Amazon and was shown how to stipple dark brown eyeshadow on using a small stiff brush through the stencil, took a few goes but I got there and looked natural. The other thing you could do if you are up to it is go into boots a lot of the beauticians in there help out at look good feel better sessions and will happily help show you how to apply brows also you can book your look good feel better sessions through your local Macmillanās at your trust

I live in the South West now and Iām afraid Iām rapidly succumbing to Southern softiness. I do get very homesick for the North East though.

Zainab might take you a few tries it did me when I used tge stencils but got there after a few times, I got stencils that had 3 different shapes to one sheet and just got a multi brown brow shadow set so I could try different shade when doing brows to get best colour that looked most natural, you do need the little stiff brush though to stipple on through the stencil

Its a bit like hair gelā¦where there is hair. I dont have very much left so i smooth tge balm onto my head and then just comb whats left of my hair with a wide tooth comb. It drys really quickly and Ive found it stops the itching x

Does anyone on EC/filgrastim (I donāt know which causes it) get awful rib and sternum pain? Iām still really struggling with it, my entire rib cage is sore and tender to touch. It affects my breathing but I think thatās just because it hurts when I inhale so Iām not completing a full breath.
Itās driving me up the wall!
Im on that combo, but no. I believe the fligrasrim can do that though. The worst ive had is pain in my back, pelvis but it didnt last long.

Iām on those and Iāve not had pain. Apparently youāre supposed to take the drugs out the fridge half an hour before being administered which I havenāt been doing so mines going in cold I dont think itās right or wrong but Iām not changing nowā¦ā¦

@sharlou I only had bad pain on my 7th injection in the lower back. Do you take an antihistamine b4 ?
