Oops I missed happy hour. Went away for the weekend. I’m binge drinking for the next few nights before the big op on Monday. Doctor at pre op assessment reckons I drink too much!!! Really. I reckon he ate too many donuts but didnt tell him that!

Pathology results show may ovaries removed 3 weeks were normal and healthy…hooray!!! I just need to worry about my headaches, back ache, hip pain, pain in the butt…you get the idea.

Thank you my fellow drinkers… I am enjoying a cheeky little rose tonight whilst the kids have there milk! Well a ton of ironing to do (the last for ages as hubby will have to do it for the next six weeks). Looking forward to the rest actually as have been really really busy over the last few weeks. I’ve walked my cotton socks off, the weather has been very kind recently and I hate being cooped up when the sun is shining. Last one tomorrow morning, just a quickie 8 miles but that’s it for at least six weeks then it’ll be slow after that for a while.
Still ‘salut’ to you all and here’s to two bangers again. Cheers…

hmmm, is this place no longer “cool”? 
Sorry…I’m here I havent had credit on my phone. Having absolutly s’ ’ t time at the minute. Just have a few minor worries which I am blowing out of all proportion sitting here at home. Try to keep myself busy but some days it just doesnt work cant wait for evening to take sleeping tablet to knock me out. I’ve asked to see oncologist but its not for another 3 weeks! How do people cope when your in limbo like this? Cant seem to engage with anything on a bad day.

Take a long drink and a few deep breaths. I know talking to us helps but sometimes you need more, if you have worries have you tried your breast cancer nurse? Sometimes over loading to us can help, you might not think it but I can be a good listener.
Glad to hear your results were good.

Hi Ruth, finally managed to get the computer up and running so here i am! The site is really good, well done you. How are things your end, things here ok but it nearing check up time again and i HATE that time. Anyway hopefully now i might be able to talk to other people who actually do know that feeling.
