Hi Lulu - yes, that’s me, I love making snow angels…I’m australian and despite living here for 6 years still get excited by snow. I justify it by thinking that I’ve only been exposed to the fun of snow for 6 years therefore I’m allowed to act like a 6 year old in the snow…I’ll grow out of it soon…haha. BrEastenders is great…day by day drama!
Am getting my broken tooth fixed tomorrow but have a blocked nose…how does one breathe in these situations?

My we are busy, busy bees, has just taken me an hour to catch up!!
Kaz hope you feel better soon, and though it has taken me an hour to catch up, have a broad smile on my face - what an amazing bunch we are!
Up or down, we are able to see the funny side of the downright horrible things that we are going through, but offer much appreciated support when needed.

Welcome newbies!
Second FEC today (3 FEC 3 TAX) and this time got Emend and so far feel fine, so thanks for that tip, it’s definitely worked - Kaz, get yourself some next time, its also called Aprepitant, I told them I was mega sick and nauseous last time and the onc gave it me straight away. This time three weeks ago I was in a right state, nausea city and vom-o-rama but today I’m fine
My veins really felt it this time, last time I felt nothing but today was not so pleasant - it wasn’t really painful but was a bit and my vein and hand are a bit swollen. I was at the hossy for seven hours, what a load of faffing!
FEC-ing freezing with no hair, OMG, got to train that kitten to place herself on the frozen wastes of my scalp and keep purring. She’s nice and fluffy so will be very useful in the months to come
I’ve not ventured onto our other forum yet but will tomorrow. Love ‘Finding Chemo’! Dunno who’d play me, will sleep on it…got it, Caroline Ahern (The Royle Family), another Manc lass with attitude and dark sense of humour and our accents are similar-ish (I’m lost a lot of my Manc-ness alas from living dahn sarf, but can still Manc it up)
Nite all, felt so bad for those of you who’ve been having a crap time, the whole situation is total bollocks but I hope things improve and you’re feeling better

I just wanted to share with my best girls that I feel as sick as a dog tonight. Maybe I’m coming out in sympathy with Kaz. Or maybe it’s the whole bag of Jelly Babies I ate before my OH came in with a big bowl of icecream for me. Whatever. I’m choosing to look at it as empathy and not greed.

Loved grinding chemo, but how about Breastbusters, after all with all this weight gain my part could be played by the mitchelin man.
Hope that sickness soon passes, LOADS of sympathy, can still remember how yukky that felt.

fab u got the emend, i dont think theyll give me that i havent been sick. just feel it. had domperidone, re named for us don perion, !!! lol. and its gone off a bit.
got a headahce and sore throat though. bring on day 8 please, heres my magic button.
